Delivery and returns

Delivery rules, shipping costs, free-delivery thresholds, withdrawal, returns and complaints.

Countries and delivery methods

Delivery is available to countries enabled in checkout. Each country may have its own currency, shipping cost, delivery method and free-delivery threshold.

Available methods may include courier delivery and InPost parcel lockers in Poland when enabled for the country and order.

The delivery address must be correct and complete. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect data or failure to collect it, re-delivery may require an additional fee.

Costs and free delivery

Delivery cost is calculated automatically in cart and checkout based on the country, method and value of the products.

If free delivery is configured from a specific amount, the cart shows the missing amount and progress bar.

The final amount payable is visible before the order is confirmed.

Fulfilment and dispatch

In-stock products are dispatched after order preparation and payment confirmation. Handmade or made-to-order products require the preparation time shown on the product page or in the order description.

Carrier delivery time starts when the parcel is handed over and may vary by country, season and carrier operations.

After dispatch, the customer receives tracking information if the carrier provides it.

Returning a standard product

Consumers may withdraw from a contract for a standard product within 14 days from receiving the parcel.

The easiest route is the secure “Submit a return / complaint” portal in the footer: enter the order number and e-mail, confirm the six-digit code, select the products and submit the notice. You receive a case number, durable confirmation and shipping instructions. The notice may also be sent to estyjorno@gmail.com or by post; the portal is optional. Return goods no later than 14 days after the notice, to the confirmed address, with the case number and not by cash on delivery.

The product should be returned in an unimpaired condition, except for changes necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by use beyond such checking.

Personalised and made-to-order products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made to the customer's individual specification or clearly personalised needs, such as a custom name, embroidery, a non-standard measurement or another personalisation confirmed before purchase. Notice of this exclusion is shown before the order is placed.

This exclusion applies to withdrawal without giving a reason. If the product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, the customer may submit a complaint.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [goods]. Order number: [number]. Contract / receipt date: [date]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Date and signature (signature only for a paper form): [details].

The statement may be sent by e-mail, post or through the returns portal linked in the shop footer. Using this model is optional.

Delivery or product complaints

The easiest way to report parcel damage or product non-conformity is the secure footer portal, where exact items and the preferred remedy can be selected. A complaint may also be sent to estyjorno@gmail.com or by post. Photos of the packaging and product are helpful but are not always mandatory.

If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, it is worth preparing a damage report with the carrier where possible. A missing report, receipt or original packaging does not by itself remove a consumer's statutory complaint rights.

The shop responds to a complaint within 14 days. The consumer bears no justified repair, replacement or return-transport costs for non-conforming goods. Do not send a complained-about item at your own cost: the shop will provide a prepaid label or arrange collection where the item is needed for assessment or remedy.
