Payments

The shop may offer online payments via Stripe, including card, BLIK, Przelewy24 or other methods visible in Stripe Checkout.

The shop may also allow traditional bank transfer to: PL35 1020 5242 0000 2002 0412 5050, PKO Bank Polski S.A.. Include the order number in the transfer title.

Availability of a method may depend on country, currency, order value and payment operator settings.

The order is passed to fulfilment after successful online payment authorisation or after a bank transfer is credited, unless the shop individually confirms another process.

If online payment fails, the order may remain unpaid. The customer may retry payment, choose another method or contact the shop.

The seller currently uses the Polish small-business VAT exemption under Article 113(1) or (9) of the Polish VAT Act while the legal conditions remain met. The price displayed to the consumer is the final product price.

The shop is consumer-only and checkout does not collect business billing details. Accounting and tax obligations are handled under the law applicable to the sale without changing the price of an order already confirmed to the customer.

For delivery outside the European Union, the recipient may have to pay local customs duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Those charges are collected by the authority or carrier, not by the shop.

The customer must provide information required for customs clearance. The shop supplies legally required export documents but cannot guarantee customs-clearance times.

The order currency depends on the selected delivery country and shop geo settings. Before confirming the purchase, the customer sees the final amount in the order currency.

Product prices, variant surcharges and delivery costs may be stored separately for currencies or automatically converted according to exchange rates configured in the shop.

The customer's bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates, which are outside the shop's control.

Card details are not stored by Esty Jorno. Online payments are handled by the payment operator according to its own security standards.

The shop never asks by e-mail for a full card number, CVV code or online banking password.

Refunds are made using the same payment method unless the customer agrees to another method that does not involve additional costs for them.

For bank transfers, the customer may be asked to provide a bank account number for the refund.
