The Esty Jorno online shop is available at https://estyjorno.com. The seller is Oksana Kalhina, a sole trader registered in Poland, NIP 5291870411, REGON 545260041.
Contact: estyjorno@gmail.com, phone +48 694 601 865. Postal address: ul. Młodości 5, lok. 6, 05-825 Książenice, Polska. Customer service hours: Pon.-Pt. 9:00-17:00.
These Terms are made available free of charge in a form that allows customers to save and reproduce them. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
Products, variants and prices
The shop offers textiles and accessories for children and the home. Some products are handmade, made to order or prepared according to the variant selected by the customer.
The product page presents the main characteristics of the product, including name, description, variants, colour, size, material, estimated fulfilment time, availability and price.
Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the selected market or delivery country. Before confirming the order, checkout shows the total amount, including products, delivery and any discounts.
When the shop announces a reduction for a specific product, it shows the current price together with the lowest price applied during the 30 days before the reduction; for a product offered for less than 30 days, it shows the lowest price since sales began. The discount is calculated from that reference price.
Placing an order
To place an order, the customer selects the product, variants, quantity, delivery country and method, provides the data needed for fulfilment, selects payment and confirms that they have read the Terms and Privacy policy.
The final order button clearly indicates that the order involves an obligation to pay. Until that button is used, the customer can review and correct order details.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when the shop confirms acceptance of the order or when online payment is successfully authorised, depending on the selected payment flow.
Order confirmation and the main contract information are sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
Fulfilment and availability
Fulfilment time depends on the product, selected variant, availability of materials and the current number of orders. Products marked as made to order are prepared individually.
If fulfilment requires clarification of personalisation, dimensions, colour or delivery data, the shop may contact the customer before dispatch.
If the shop cannot fulfil the order, it will inform the customer without undue delay and refund the payment received or propose another solution if the customer accepts it.
Payment and delivery
Available payment and delivery methods are shown in checkout. The shop may offer online payments via Stripe and traditional bank transfer.
Delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the country, delivery method and order value. If a free-delivery threshold is configured for the country, the cart and checkout show progress towards that amount.
The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer when the product is delivered to the consumer or a third person indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier.
Withdrawal
As a rule, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
The easiest route is the secure “Submit a return / complaint” portal in the footer. It verifies the purchase with a code sent to the order e-mail, lets the customer select products and immediately sends a durable confirmation. A statement may also be sent to estyjorno@gmail.com or the postal address; using the portal is not a condition of a valid withdrawal. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless the shop expressly agrees to cover it. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The shop may withhold the refund until it receives the product back or proof that it has been sent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to non-prefabricated products made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised needs, for example an item carrying the customer's name or embroidery, or made to a non-standard measurement. Handmaking an item after ordering or selecting a standard option is not enough by itself. This exclusion does not limit rights where goods are not in conformity with the contract.
Complaints and conformity
Complaints may be submitted through the secure footer portal, to estyjorno@gmail.com, or in writing. The portal verifies access to the order by e-mail code and lets the customer select exact products and a preferred remedy. Its automatic deadline and personalisation checkpoint is preliminary only and neither rejects nor limits statutory rights. A clear description and helpful photos can speed up review.
The shop is liable for a lack of conformity revealed within 2 years after delivery. The consumer may request repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Repair or replacement is completed within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience and at the seller's cost.
The shop responds to a consumer complaint within 14 days after receipt. Under Polish law, failure to respond within that period means that the complaint is accepted. The response is sent to the customer's e-mail address.
Product safety and identification
Products sold under the Esty Jorno brand are manufactured by Oksana Kalhina, ul. Młodości 5, lok. 6, 05-825 Książenice, Polska, estyjorno@gmail.com. Product identification, fibre composition, care instructions and relevant warnings are shown on the product page and/or the label supplied with the item.
Children's products must be used only for their stated purpose and in accordance with the instructions. Choose the correct size, regularly inspect seams, ties and zips, and stop use if damage is found. Decorative pillows and loose textiles are not intended for unsupervised infant sleep.
Online information does not replace the label and instructions supplied with the particular item. Keep the product identifier for safety reports; however, a statutory claim is not conditional on keeping the original packaging.
Governing law and consumer protection
The shop sells retail goods to consumers and does not operate a separate business-order checkout.
Polish law applies, but this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Court jurisdiction is determined by generally applicable law.
Final provisions
Consumers may use assistance from consumer protection bodies and information made available by competent public authorities.
If a complaint does not resolve the dispute, the shop will provide, on a durable medium, information about the competent consumer alternative dispute-resolution body and whether the seller agrees to participate in such proceedings.
Changes to these Terms do not affect acquired customer rights or orders placed before the changes enter into force.
These Terms apply from the date indicated above.
